My client is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager in either London or Bristol.
This is a great opportunity for a property manager in the hospitality/leisure space.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Property Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive property management strategy within the first 100 days.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal) and external consultants/service providers.
3. Lease and Tenancy Management: Oversee management of leases, tenancies, and other occupational agreements, including negotiations and coordination with landlords and internal teams.
4. Insurance Management: Work with the procurement lead to manage insurance procurement and relationships, covering various risks including property, business interruption, and liability.
5. Business Rates Management: Handle business rates, including appeals and compliance, for UK and international properties where applicable.
6. Legal Collaboration: Collaborate with legal teams on drafting, reviewing, and managing leases and other agreements.
7. Document Management: Ensure all property-related documents are maintained and updated in a property database.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Over 5 years in property management, preferably in multi-site consumer businesses such as hospitality, leisure, or retail.
2. Experience in both UK and EU markets is strongly preferred.
