Following a period of growth, we are looking to add an additional post to our current administration team. The provide central administration and support in relation to the student application and college interview process. This includes playing a key role in the planning and delivery of our Guidance Interviews and college enrolment processes. We are seeking candidates who have experience of providing high quality administration and front-of-house support services in a busy and vibrant learning environment to join this team and enhance the services available to college applicants. The successful candidate will provide a range of duties in support of our application and admissions processes and will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and IT skills as well as flexibly support a wide range of administration tasks and duties. Prior experience of administrative duties relating to data entry and the use of information systems in an in an education environment with young people would be advantageous. The role provides an excellent opportunity to be a key part of an agile and efficient team in the shaping and implementation of student recruitment and admissions processes which are essential to support the continued growth and development of our colleges.
