Customer Success Manager We are looking for an experienced, ideally product trained, customer success manager to help us pro-actively contact and manage the partnership with our existing customer base. We are growing quickly and need someone with the drive, tenacity and curious mindset that will set us apart from the normal account management path. You will be responsible for helping build and deliver our Account management process from initial contact to regular, scheduled in catch-up. Day to day your role will involve managing your own customer accounts, doing demo’s and ensuring our customers have what they need to succeed. We need you to deliver exceptional quality, feeding in ideas to our marketing team as well as supporting our whole team in securing new and existing deals. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering results, a passion for technology as well as a passion for seeing customers grow along with us. As a customer success manager, you will be accountable for the following areas: Day to day contact with our existing customer base. Resolving issues and suggesting new ways of working. Keeping your product knowledge up to date. Learning new products and keeping up-to speed with any changes. Plan and deliver on-going programme to educate our customers. (webinars, videos, blogs etc.) Essential To Have B2B experience - ideally in a SAAS or accounting environment. Passion for customer success. Willingness to get hands on and help us build the business. Sage 200 or Sage Intacct product knowledge. Excellent time management & organisational skills. Ability to recognise problems and areas for improvements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
