A leading mid-sized Construction & Property Consultancy in Leeds is seeking a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Project Quantity Surveyors' role
As part of this international consultancy, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with teams across the UK, Europe, and Australia.
Based in the Leeds office, which is home to 20 professionals, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning healthcare, retail, heritage, education, hotel, commercial, and residential sectors.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a hybrid basis, spending three days in the office and two days working remotely. A key aspect of the role will be supporting, managing, and developing junior team members while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
This opportunity is perfect for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to progress into a Senior role within a dynamic, flexible, and growth-focused environment.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards APC
Strong pre and post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction ConsultancyWhat's on offer?
