The Company:

Role Overview:
We are currently working with a public sector contractor, who are looking for a Contract Manager based in the Southwest, specifically in the Plymouth office.
Our client works in the public sector, with clients including universities, colleges, and schools.
Responsibilities:
1. Quoting, pricing, and costing works alongside client liaison.
2. Managing project delivery.
3. Day-to-day meetings with new and existing clients.
4. Estimating for works and pricing materials.
5. Measuring up work on site.
6. Maximising work with existing clients.
7. Liaising with subcontractors and advising on the scope of works required.
8. Providing detailed handovers.
9. Working with fixed rates.
10. Managing snagging works.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. Experience of compiling estimates.
2. Experience of measuring up on site, allocating materials, and pricing.
3. IT literate using Excel, CLIK, Simpro.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
6. Full UK Driving License.
