HSHS is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland and Breese. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers who are flexible and highly organized, looking for an opportunity to evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and execute on a treatment plan as outlined by the plan of care. Candidates will also provide coverage of inpatients and outpatients across all ages and perform swallow testing via modified barium swallow (MBS).
Position Specifics:
1. Department: Rehab Services
2. Schedule: Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Days (8am-5pm)
3. Location: Split between St. Joseph's Hospitals in Breese and Highland, IL

Education Qualifications:
* Graduate (e.g., master’s or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).
Experience Qualifications:
* Years of Experience (0+)
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:
* Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
* Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36

Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
