Job Description
We have a variety of roles for Sous Chef, CDP, Commis, and Prep Chef positions available at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Pay Rates: £12.00 p/h - £16.00 p/h
Shift Times: 04:30 am - 14:00 pm and 13:30 pm - 22:00 pm
The roles will involve working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Responsibilities
Sous Chef:
1. Managing a team to deliver exceptional standards in the kitchen and manage the pass.
2. Assisting with the running of the kitchen.
3. Menu planning.
CDP and Commis Chef:
1. Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.
2. Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
3. Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas.
4. Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
5. Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plans.
Benefits

5. A Criminal Record Check (DBS) reimbursed after 4 weeks.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience of cooking European or Continental cuisine.
2. Similar experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment.
3. Food hygiene certifications.
4. Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport.
