The Headteacher and Governors of Holly Hill Primary and Nursery School wish to appoint a permanent Early Years lead and Nursery Teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team.
We are looking for a kind, dedicated, passionate, experienced and hard-working Early Years practitioner to join our team as our Early Years lead.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an outstanding child centred Early Years practitioner
• Has a strong, clear vision for and a sound understanding of Early Years provision and approaches
• Can provide children with a happy, safe and exciting learning environment
• Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour who believes that every child can achieve
• Can communicate effectively with children, parents and staff and who can lead and work effectively as part of a team
• Is inspirational and able to challenge and motivate both staff and pupils
• Can analyse and present data succinctly, using this information to inform provision
