Program Manager Brand Owners, Marketplace MX
As the Brand Owner Program Manager for 3P (Third-Party) Mexico, you will play a critical role in defining the growth of Brand Owners ("dueños de marcas") in MX. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving our Brand Owner strategy.
This is a strategic, cross-functional role that requires business acumen, strategic thinking, and strong analytical capabilities. You must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority across multiple teams. Deep expertise in item data management, effective communication, and robust decision-making and problem-solving capabilities are essential. You will support Account Managers in identifying top opportunities and accelerating tools adoption among key sellers.
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
