The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Lecturer to join our dynamic team at the Bexley Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across all levels of Business Studies qualifications. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our learners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in further education, employment, or apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities : Deliver innovative and effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies across a range of Business Studies qualifications, including BTEC. Plan and implement lessons that are both engaging and aligned with the curriculum, ensuring learners achieve their full potential. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and integrate real-world business practices into the learning experience. Support learners in developing essential employability skills, preparing them for progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or the workforce. Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to ensure success. About You : You are an experienced educator with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching in Business Studies. You possess in-depth knowledge of BTEC qualifications and their requirements. You are enthusiastic about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You have a commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of developments within the business sector.
