Who we need
Reporting to the VP, Product & Interoperability, we have a newly created opportunity for an Integration Analyst to join our team. You will support public sector clients and technology partners as they integrate with Ocean’s HL7 FHIR-based solutions. You will bring technical, code-level expertise to support FHIR APIs, address technical inquiries, troubleshoot errors, identify gaps or bugs, and review partner payloads. Additionally, you will champion best practices, ensure adherence to standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
This is a full-time role requiring work in-office four days per week.

How you will make an impact
* Enhance partnerships. You will build relationships with integrating partners by meeting with them regularly to increase an understanding of their product, their team, and the inner workings of their integration system and requirements.
* Support integrations. You will respond to technical questions from integrators and provide support and guidance as needed. You will troubleshoot integration error conditions experienced by partners and dive into our product codebase to find root causes. As needed, you will recommend core product improvements or better instrumentation and error reporting.
* Collaborate. You will work with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, sample code, and technical specifications.
* Prioritize continuous improvement. You will stay up-to-date with digital health integration industry trends and best practices. You will identify opportunities to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our HL7 FHIR-based software.
