Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual to join the Patient Access admin team. The post holder must have excellent organisational and communication skills, and ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks.
Main duties of the job
To provide administration support to the Patient Access department. To provide a central liaison contact point for primary care providers to the service lines. You will act as a support function for systems such as Bookwise, e-referral and Netcall for internal and external stakeholders.

Job responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
6. Registration of 2WW referrals within required timeframe
7. Manage several email inboxes
8. Deal with telephone and email queries from GPs, patients, and staff.
9. Record daily clinic room audit data.
10. Provide administrative support on BookWise and Netcall
11. Provide reception cover support when needed.
12. Assist with training new team members.
13. Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and up to date.
14. Escalate any issues to the Patient Access Admin Manage

Qualifications
Essential
15. NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience
16. GCSE or equivalent

17. Experience of healthcare administrative systems and processes

19. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of computer systems and be capable of using Microsoft Office applications
