The role is to assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of care of our patients to include treatment, preventative care, screening, and patient education. The post will also include some clinical administrative duties. About us Tower House Surgery is a one site surgery and looks after approximately 14500 patients in and around the Ryde area. The team comprises of 7 GP partners and 2 salaried GPs, 6 advanced practitioners, 8 practice nurses, 2 phlebotomists and 3 HCAs. We also have two managers and a team of 40 staff. Along with our own staff we work closely with our local Social Prescribers, Care Co-ordinators, Physiotherapists and Health and Wellbeing Coaches. We are an established training practice for both F2s and GP Registrars and support a number of our staff to study for formal qualifications. Our CQC rating is good in all areas. QOF achievement is consistently good and patient surveys have been extremely positive. Tower House is currently the lead practice in the NE PCN which it belongs to along with 5 other local surgeries.
