We work with the finest Teaching Assistants across the whole of Wirral, North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire, providing them with a platform to display their talents in the classroom. As fellow educators, we are devoted to making sure our team of Teaching Assistants are provided with the necessary guidance and support to develop and succeed in schools across the area.
Whilst previous experience is an advantage, we understand that everyone needs to start somewhere and if you are looking for a new career we can offer free training to help you achieve this.

We use our understanding of the education system to help provide you with day-to-day, short and long-term opportunities in schools across the whole of North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.
You will often find us alongside our supply staff in schools and will provide you with experience, empathy and a platform to showcase your strengths in the hope of gaining permanent employment.

What will I be expected to do?
Your role will be to engage pupils in their learning, working with both individuals, small groups and as a support to the whole class alongside the teacher.
What skills or qualities do I need?
The schools we work with are looking for someone who is committed, compassionate and a team player. You will easily nurture relationships with pupils and have a passion for providing them with a platform to learn and succeed.
What experience do I need?
Whilst previous experience is an advantage, free training is available for suitable candidates.
What registrations do I need to hold?
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service; if you don’t have one, you will have to apply for a new one through Educate.
* If you wish to work in Wales, you will need to register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council).
