Join us at Teaching Personnel and help shape the futures of students who need it most About the Role Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Workers to work within various schools in the Bridgend area. You will have the opportunity to support students with diverse needs, including those in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools and mainstream settings. Your role will be to provide individual or group support, helping students engage in their education and reach their potential. Key Responsibilities Provide support to students in both SEN and mainstream school environments. Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and adapting materials for individual learning needs. Foster a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting student well-being. Work collaboratively with school staff and Teaching Personnel to ensure the best outcomes for students. Adapt to different school settings across the Bridgend area, supporting students from various backgrounds and abilities. Requirements Ability to work across multiple schools in the Bridgend area (a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable). Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or support setting. Knowledge of SEN and/or mainstream education is beneficial but not essential – a willingness to learn is key.
