Organisational Development & Human Resources Manager
Location: Location flexible across Argyll & Bute

The Vacancy
Salary: £52,792- £61,831 per annum (pro rata) – Pay changes pending
Working Pattern: 35hrs per week Monday to Friday – Permanent
Location: Can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute and includes hybrid working.
To support our ambitious and exciting transformational change activities, Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated individual, experienced in change management and all aspects of HR and employee relations. The OD & HR Manager will lead the Group’s Organisational Development, Human Resources, Payroll, and Training Services, ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met, and by providing a high-quality people service to all departments, managers, and employees of the ACHA group.
The role will primarily involve driving forward the group transformation strategy, to enable structural, behavioural, and cultural change across the ACHA group and repairs subsidiary company. This will be achieved through supporting senior management and colleagues in promoting and implementing effective people strategies, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships across the group to deliver a programme of organisational development and continual improvement.
You should be a great communicator, with strong relationship-building skills and experience in negotiation and mediation, with experience in providing professional advice and solutions on a wide range of organisational development and human resource matters. You also need to be educated to degree level in a related discipline and have professional membership of the CIPD. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
