This is a full-time role for an Internal Sales position at Knotwood UK.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Database Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database and sales records in the company CRM system. Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, including sales targets, forecasts, and customer feedback.
At least 2 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the aluminium or manufacturing industry. Experience in technical sales or working with industrial products is a plus.
Familiarity with building products, including their applications, specifications, and market trends.
Basic technical knowledge of building products and their use cases, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Office-based with potential for occasional site visits to meet clients or inspect project requirements.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Hybrid Options
