Main Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor a team of specialists, set clear objectives, and conduct performance assessments.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and legislative requirements within the supply chain function.
Strategic Support: Provide governance, reports, systems, and processes to support strategic supply chain teams and procurement operations.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and manage risks and opportunities within your area of responsibility.
Training & Development: Develop and deliver training materials to ensure team competence and adherence to standards.
Audit & Reporting: Lead and support internal and external audit activities, defining scopes, providing materials, and managing audit actions.
Specialised Roles:
Compliance Manager: Handle contractual governance, manage contract templates, lead compliance teams, and address legal matters.
Analytics and Market Intelligence Manager: Utilise spend analytics to provide insights, manage spend data, and deliver market intelligence.
Reporting & Systems Manager: Create and deliver comprehensive procurement activity reports, define KPIs, and ensure accurate business information reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Security Clearance: Candidates must be British Nationals and have resided in the UK for the past five years for SC clearance (ten years for DV). Dual nationality may be considered for some roles.
Work Location: Primarily remote with up to 2 days per week on-site.
Contract Duration: 18 months, full-time.
Hourly Rate: Up to £650 per day

Residency Information: Candidates must confirm place of birth, citizenship status, and any overseas residency or employment in the last decade.
Additional Details:
No Travel Requirement: This role does not involve travel.
Timesheets: Standard weekly timesheets with a 37-hour work week.
