We are seeking a talented Life & Pensions Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in Sutton Coldfield. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to their clients and ensuring smooth operations within the financial services office. Key Responsibilities: PA Tasks: Manage appointments, emails, and client communications. Client Servicing: Process client requests, updates, and withdrawals. New Business Processing: Handle new business applications and updates. Product Processing: Process Bed & ISAs and death claims. Provider Communications: Liaise with providers for accurate information. Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations. Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience in financial services administration, particularly within life and pensions. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Familiarity with various provider platforms.
