Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
Cost Analysis: Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance and provide explanations for variances.
Financial Planning: Assist in the formulation of strategic and long-term business plans.
Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain robust internal controls.
Advisory Role: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making processes.
Project Management: Manage financial aspects of projects, including capital expenditure, project costing, and financial risk assessment.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely provision of required information.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide support as required.Profile
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
