They have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist to join their team in Manchester on a Hybrid basis. Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing billing support and analysis for the Firm across all practice areas, including raising bills and bill credit notes. Responsibilities: Ensure raised invoices are checked diligently to the enclosed paperwork and errors are recorded and communicated to the relevant business area for rectification. Create invoices in line with the Billing Team procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance is maintained to produce optimum output and minimum error rates. Consider all new requested information in line with agreed Service Standards/ISO Procedures and SAR requirements. Monitor and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions. Support with the management of the Service Desk inbox ensuring timely and accurate responses are delivered to stakeholders. Maintenance of residual balances in line with SRA rules. Ensure business cash is maximized accordingly. Build effective relationships both internally within the Finance team and externally with the team's wider stakeholders. Assist the wider finance transactional team as and when required. About You: Experience in Accounts Receivable processes, ideally within a Billing function. Excellent Excel skills. Ability to manage own workload in line with achieving both personal and team objectives. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Adhering to deadlines and escalating issues to management accordingly.
