About the role:
To work as part of the hotel team to deliver and maintain a first-rate guest experience through a focus on the delivery of market-leading customer service. To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel. Being a brand ambassador by being a warm and friendly Partner who provides a consistently outstanding customer experience that is unrivaled in the marketplace.
What you’ll be doing:
* To work as part of a busy team to deliver a first-rate guest experience through the focus on the cleanliness and maintenance of standards throughout the hotel.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas of the hotel.
2. Maintaining strict health and safety standards.
3. Supporting the implementation of changes to ensure continuous innovations and improvements are made within the team.
4. Supporting other areas of the hotel operation when needed.
5. Safe use of housekeeping tools and chemicals including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning materials.
6. Although task-focused, our Housekeeping Assistants also need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills throughout their day.
Ensuring every interaction our guests have are positive ones which will see them return time and time again.
Essential skills/experience you'll need:
* Self-motivated and ready to work alone when needed.
* Have great attention to detail and take pride in your work.
* Able to work under time pressure.
* Good computer literacy skills.
Desirable skills/experience you may have:
* Experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is welcomed but not essential.

About Odney Club:
