Job Summary:
The Social Care Assistant supports individuals with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role involves providing practical assistance, offering companionship, and helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility, feeding, and other daily tasks as needed.
Help individuals manage medication, ensuring they take prescribed treatments on time.
Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting social interaction and mental well-being.
Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Follow care plans and report any concerns or changes in a client's condition to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
Ensure clients are treated with respect and dignity at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
