R13 are supporting a brilliant manufacturing business in their search for someone to join their team as a Sales Administrator. This is a varied support-focused role that will utilize your admin skills to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role is based in offices in West Norfolk. The offered salary for this role is competitive depending on experience.

The Day To Day
1. Supporting the smooth running of the sales team, ensuring leads are followed up and all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Raising and sending quotes.
3. Ensuring accuracy in the data on the CRM system.
4. Coordinating visits, booking accommodation/travel, and managing expenses.
5. Liaising with customers where required by the sales team.
6. Running sales reports on a daily, weekly & ad hoc basis.
You will have/be:
1. Proven experience in an administrative position.
2. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Great verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office & CRM Systems.
6. Confident telephone manner.
