About this role We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Counter Supervisor in our thriving counter at Harvey Nichols. You will be responsible for the overall growth of the account and growing brand awareness via both internal and external activity. The successful candidate will demonstrate fantastic customer service skills, have previous experience growing business. Leading by example is the key to success in this role, you will thrive in a target driven environment and relish the chance to support and guide others to achieve their set goals and KPI’S. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technology. Perform Environ facials, including electrical facials and TCA peels. Supervise the day-to-day running of the counter as a team of two. Retain customers and build loyalty through an exceptional customer journey, keeping clients engaged after their visit. Consistently achieve individual KPIs across all brands, including unit sales, occupancy, promotions, and new customer recruitment. Accurately report sales, track promotions, and record client data, sharing information with the Head of Retail. Work with the Head of Retail to launch promotions with excellence and lead on counter events. Responsible for running a treatment column as well as working on the counter, maximizing occupancy and identifying sales opportunities. Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) required. IT Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other relevant IT tools. Experience: Previous retail experience, ideally in a high-end environment. A background in skincare/cosmetics sales is essential. Passion: A genuine passion for beauty and results-driven skincare.
