We require a teacher who: Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience of working in a primary school, with a focus on Key Stage 1 Is able to demonstrate knowledge of children s early development and phonics Is able to plan and differentiate to meet the needs of all groups of pupils Values teamwork and has experience of deploying additional adults to ensure progress Is committed and understands the importance of experiential learning Has high expectations of themselves and all pupils and places relationships at the core of their practice.
