Senior Accountant - Treasury | 12 month FTC - Perm | Bristol | £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

We are currently partnering with a globally recognised, award-winning organisation known for their amazing offices, supportive environment and impressive team to find a Senior Treasury Accountant. Responsibilities will include:

1. Review the daily/monthly bank reconciliations
2. Ownership of the month and year-end reconciliations ensuring that all cash transactions are coded to the correct general ledger
3. Liaise with teams across the business to own and maintain the cash, prepayment and restricted cash ledgers
4. Produce and disseminate accrual calculations
5. Aid the production, analysis and improvement of the monthly input into VAT calculations, highlighting and analysing discrepancies
6. Maintain financial and operational controls
7. Supervise the treasury team
Your Profile:
1. Qualified Accountant ACCA / CIMA
2. Management experience is desirable but not essential
3. Strong communicator
4. Experience with treasury or cash is desirable
