1. Repairs: Minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and appliance installation
2. Maintenance: Routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep, and preventative maintenance
3. Other tasks: Assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, painting and decorating, clearing gutters, and maintaining property exteriors
4. Safety: Following safety procedures and ensuring compliance with safety standards
