Traffic Management Administrator Our Role As a member of the North West Central Hub, you will provide support to the team leader, as part of the Planning Team. You would be responsible for ensuring works are captured and booked through our management system in a timely manner. Liaise with internal and external clients and assist with commercial enquiries. Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone to: Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated. Examples of information needing to be added includes; permit sensitive requirements, all relevant billable job codes, and contract specific SLA information Sending all relevant information about changes to jobs and collections to third parties who are working on GTMs behalf Complete billing on works management system for works completed by third parties across multiple rate cards Ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved to both external and internal customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction every time Ensure the collation of all information ready for the operational job pack to be distributed. Will work closely with depot to understand their operational capacity so we do not overbook works Provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved. Including sending all planned on hires and completed off hires each day to ensure all works are planned correctly, and all permits can be stopped on time Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures Experience and Qualifications Experience in an administrator / planning role Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures Excellent communication and IT skills High attention to detail Logical mind Go Traffic Management at a glance Go Traffic Management has been serving traffic management solutions to clients since 2008, and are now one of the UKs largest traffic management providers.
