Health & Safety Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Assisting site teams in reviewing RAMS and ensuring contractors are following the procedures
- Ensuring compliance with current health and safety (including CDM and fire safety) legislation
- Providing in-house training sessions to ensure staff keep up to date with company policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Managing all health and safety administration, ensuring that adequate records are maintained in accordance with legislative requirements, policies, codes of practice and procedure
- Supporting the Group Health and Safety Director in monitoring and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure that they are properly implemented and comply with changing legislation and best practice
Health & Safety Manager experience required:
- Minimum 7 years Health & Safety Manager experience
- High Rise Tower project experience
- NEBOSH certified
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Strong IT / reporting skills
