Overview
We’re looking for a Casual Dining National Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Belazu! You’ll be the key liaison between the company and our casual dining and pub customers. In this customer-facing role, you'll spend 80% of your time managing and growing existing accounts and 20% winning new business. What The Day Job Looks Like
1. Managing multiple customer accounts through a CRM system
2. Developing sales tactics for each restaurant group and brand
3. Delivering face-to-face presentations and product demos
4. Building category stories to support new product listings
5. Tracking business performance and making recommendations to improve results
6. Providing updated customer forecasts for supply chain management
7. Managing third-party carrier relationships for distribution
8. Collaborating with internal teams (customer services, planning, purchasing, production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
9. Contributing to company objectives around Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Sustainability
This Role Will Suit You If
1. You have experience in a food company serving the restaurant/pub sector or a sales environment within food.
2. You’re confident with sales negotiation and presenting to stakeholders.
3. You have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an analytical mindset.
4. You understand menu costing and margin expectations.
5. You’re proactive, commercially astute, and a natural networker.
6. You love food and are eager to learn and contribute to a growing business.
This Role May Not Be For You If
1. You’re not comfortable with regular customer-facing interactions.
2. You prefer working in a less fast-paced, multi-touchpoint environment.
3. You struggle with organisation, attention to detail, or handling multiple priorities.

Terms
1. 40 hrs/wk. i.e. 8:30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri (flexibility with regard to start time)
2. Hybrid role
3. Probationary period - 3 months
4. Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
5. KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role.
