CMA Recruitment Group is currently supporting our Christchurch, Dorset client who is needing some additional temporary resource for an initial 3-month period to support them through a busy period. You would be supporting in a wide variety of transactional tasks including credit control, raising invoices, reconciliation, and allocation of payments.
What will the Finance Administrator role involve?
* Raising sales invoices and credit notes;
* Credit control, chasing aged debt via phone and email;
* Bank reconciliations;
* Allocations of payments;
* Liaising with customers and suppliers resolving queries.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Administrator vacancy:
* Experience working within an accounts function;
* Previous credit control and bank reconciliation experience;
* Confident communicator both written and verbal;
* Available at short notice to start the assignment.
