Reports to: Creative Director
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll support our Creative Account Management team to deliver high-quality digital advertising campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, planning campaigns, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who’s passionate about digital media, creative marketing, sales and customer service.
You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop the skills you need to grow into a fully-fledged Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Account Management team in delivering digital advertising campaigns across Blue Billboard’s network.
* Support in managing day-to-day communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Help create campaign proposals, presentations, and reports.
* Coordinate campaign scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met and creative assets are delivered on time.
* Monitor and track campaign performance, gathering data and insights for post-campaign analysis.
* Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person), taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
* Ensure excellent customer service at every touchpoint, championing Blue Billboard’s commitment to Customer Focus and Quality.
Skills & Attributes Required
* A genuine interest in digital media, advertising, and marketing.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Team player who also works well independently.
* Basic understanding of social media, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus (but not essential).
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above); A-levels or relevant qualifications are beneficial but not required.
