Digital Marketing Executive | Social Media focus | Hybrid/Remote | £35,000 - £38,000 We’re partnering with a growing investment company on track to reach £60M turnover this year, to build their marketing team. They’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive their social media strategy and develop email campaigns. You’ll start from scratch to set up, manage, and optimize social platforms, drive lead acquisition, and report on performance. The role is hands-on, and video creation/editing skills would be a plus. You'll also support email nurturing campaigns and newsletters, using Marketing Cloud, with potential to become an in-house expert, working with external agencies. As an early team member, you’ll have the chance to shape the role and help drive growth. The Job Set up, manage, and grow social media with a focus on customer acquisition. Run and analyse email campaigns using Marketing Cloud. Create or source visual content (images, videos) for digital campaigns. Expand Marketing Cloud usage over time. Assist with website content, proofread/edit materials, and manage agency relationships. Align marketing efforts with business goals and support lead generation. Monitor, analyse, and optimize digital marketing using reporting tools. The right person… We’re looking for proven success in using social media to drive lead acquisition. To be a great fit, you'll be a blend of creative (for content creation), curious (with a deep understanding of your audience and how to engage them), and data-driven (focused on results that matter). You’ll bring 2-4 years' experience in B2C digital marketing Proven success in growing social media for lead generation Experience with CRM and email marketing systems Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with great attention to detail Proficient with design tools, video, webinars, and AI Familiar with data-driven marketing, analytics, and performance tracking What’s on offer The marketing team works in a hybrid/remote set up, going into their London office once or twice a month. They can accommodate anything from in the office 5 days a week to remote but their preference is for someone who could come into the office on occasion.
