*This role is home based, but you MUST be based in GB, with ability to travel to our base in Northern Ireland very other month*

Due to our continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team. We are an ambitious fast growing innovative snacking & breakfast company. We own, manufacture and distribute four brands, Forest Feast, Acti-Snack, Just Live A Little, and Indie Bay. Our customer base spans multiple channels across the UK and Ireland and over twenty international markets.
We are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to manage and develop our customers in the GB market, reporting into our Head of Grocery GB.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage and develop relationships with key retailers
· Extend the depth and breadth of distribution for our portfolio with new and existing customers
· Execute plans to launch new products into the market
· Devise exceptional JPBs with key customers which deliver incremental revenue and profit growth
· Build promotional programs which maximise return on investment and deliver against business objectives, while ensuring investment is relative to scale or strategic importance
· Stay engaged with internal and external trade and market developments, suggesting new ways to drive revenue growth
What you'll need to succeed:
· At least 3 years customer management experience working with the key grocery retailers in GB, with a successful track record of business development
· Strong commercial acumen with an excellent knowledge of the GB grocery market
· A huge passion for selling, whilst being comfortable presenting, negotiating, and influencing at all levels
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other functions across the business
· You are well organised, thorough, and structured with a strong work ethic
· You work effectively under your own initiative and can highlight and follow through with opportunities and challenges alike
· You are numerate with good analytical skills with hands on experience of Microsoft office, excel, word and power point
