The Opportunity
A Freelance Quantity Surveyor is required to help deliver a first-class high-rise project in Manchester, the project is at the internals stage of the development.
The role is that of a package QS to support the on-site Project Commercial Manager. The job is on programme and should be an easy role to fulfil. The role is that of a QS, but they will consider a Senior QS who is within the rate budget.
The project is until November, and you will be required on-site until then, if not longer. There is always the potential to move to another site afterwards.
