Salary Range: £30,000 – £32,500 (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment? We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our team at the King’s Cross Partnership, the owner of the King’s Cross Estate, in our brand-new Jellicoe Building in King’s Cross.

About the Role:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administrative Support: Coordinating meetings and meeting rooms, managing refreshments and office amenities, handling filing, ordering stationery, and liaising with the wider building’s reception and team.
* Scheduling: Assisting with meeting and travel arrangements for team members.
* Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Office Management: Ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
* Documentation: Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
* Event Coordination: Helping to organise company events and meetings.
* Compliance: Ensuring company policies are followed and handling confidential information professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: GCSE level education preferred.
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
* Interpersonal Skills: A team player who can interact professionally with all levels of staff and external partners.
* Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy in all tasks.
