What You'll Do:
1. Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulation, and therapy for both private outpatient clients and inpatient hospital wards.
2. Work autonomously, adhering to professional guidelines, while taking responsibility for the governance of your psychological practice.
3. Administer psychometric tests and evidence-based assessments to inform care plans.
4. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient care in both 1:1 and group settings.
5. Support the team by offering psychological insights and clinical advice.
What We're Looking For:
1. HCPC Registration (essential)
2. Experience in outpatient mental health services (preferred)
3. Comfortable working with both young people and adults (preferred)
4. A passion for mental health and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
