Chef de Partie - Terrace Restaurant Full Time - 48 hours per week 5 days over 7 £30,000-£32,000 per annum plus service charge Who we are: Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award-winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school. Duties include: Preparing food using ingredients from our 4-acre walled garden, the wider estate and other local producers. Working under the guidance of and reporting to our Executive Chef. Working with our team of highly skilled and motivated individuals. Running a section within the kitchen. Training and supervising junior members of the team. Candidates should be: Experienced at Chef de Partie level in a busy kitchen environment. Guest focused. Highly motivated with a can-do attitude. Able to communicate effectively with team members. Focused on providing excellent customer service. Committed to a high standard of food delivery. Knowledgeable of health and safety, food safety and risk assessments. Qualified to Level 2 in food safety. Ambitious to succeed and progress in your career.
