Our Senior Learning & Development Partner will be an integral part of our evolving Learning & Development team. This newly created role will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing learning and talent development initiatives that align with CareCo’s business goals, with a focus on competency frameworks, performance management, succession planning and blended learning programmes.
This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Friday week, based out of CareCo’s Braintree site with the option to work from home 1 day a week.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a competency matrix for all roles in the organisation, reflecting both general personal effectiveness and leadership skills, as well as role-specific skills.
