Job Description This recruitment is carried out anonymously We are looking for a Reliability Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Boston. What will you get to do? Leadership and supervision, lead / mentor and supervise a team of shift engineers. Develop team skills and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Manage teams workload. Reliability Strategy Development, develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Establish KPI’s and metrics to measure performance and reliability. Asset Management, drive asset reliability improvement initiatives across the site. Identify critical assets to ensure the right maintenance is in place and spares held. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize equipment lifecycles. Failure Analysis and Root Cause Investigation, lead root cause analysis ( RCA ) investigations on major equipment failures and implement corrective actions, monitoring effectiveness. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement, work closely with operations / maintenance and engineering departments. Provide technical support and guidance on reliability matters. Compliance and Safety, ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvements. What do we expect from you? Mechanical / Electrical qualification ( City and Guilds or similar ) 5 years of experience working within manufacturing environment.
