Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and support to children in the home Ensure outstanding outcomes for children, promoting their safety, wellbeing, and personal development Oversee day-to-day management of the home, including staff supervision, rotas, and mentoring Work closely with external professionals to provide therapeutic care and support Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding policies Manage the home’s budget and financial performance What do you need? 3 years of experience working in a children’s residential home at a senior level Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and The Children Act 1989 Experience in managing budgets and financial performance Full UK driving licence Ability to work flexibly and take part in on-call duties Contact: If this seems like the right role for you then Please get in contact by applying Alternative ways to get in touch: Call me on (phone number removed) SNG Healthcare are advertising this role on behalf of their client and would love to receive your application with your full up to date CV.
