Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced Court of Protection leader who: Is a qualified solicitor with the necessary experience to be appointed as a Director of the Trust Corporation. Has proven experience leading a Court of Protection team, including recruitment, training, and team development. Has a strong track record of managing Deputyship and Trust matters. Is confident in coaching and mentoring other lawyers and managers. Is commercially minded, with experience in budgeting and growing team productivity. Has excellent client service skills and the ability to form positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Is tech-savvy, with an interest in using technology to enhance legal services.
