Job Summary: As an Assistant Legal within the LMIA Department, you will support the team in providing legal counsel and guidance on domestic and international legal matters, ensuring adherence to global and local regulations. You will assist in analyzing laws and regulations across various jurisdictions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and contributing to compliance efforts for the company's operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing legal advice on domestic and international legal issues affecting the company. Support in analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations from multiple jurisdictions. Participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Aid in ensuring contractual compliance and mitigating legal risks. Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws, regulations, and industry standards. Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs for operations in different jurisdictions. Support in handling and resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. Collaborate with senior advisors and external legal counsel as required. Assist in providing legal support for domestic and international expansion initiatives. Participate in assessing legal implications and risks associated with entering new markets. Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures for domestic and international operations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on strategic initiatives. Work closely with other departments to address legal issues affecting various business functions. Support in conducting training sessions to enhance awareness of legal issues within the organization. Assist in keeping the legal team and relevant stakeholders informed about emerging legal trends. Qualifications: Education: Law degree from a recognized institution. Bar qualification in the relevant jurisdiction. Experience: Fresher. Skills: Basic knowledge of laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
