The Role:
Based in the UK, this role reports to a tech lead and plays a key part in developing next-generation software solutions. Psychological safety is a core value, and the team works in Agile squads that prioritise openness, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
The focus is on integrating client and internal systems to build a cutting-edge solution that positions the company as a leader in luxury omni-channel commerce within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute across all project stages, including problem discovery and product development.
* Take end-to-end accountability, from planning to deployment, maintenance, and monitoring, while proactively addressing issues.
* Prioritise user empathy and understand how the product/service fits user needs.
* Design systems, write high-quality code, and improve test automation.
* Stay updated on new technologies and share insights with the team.
* Use analytics and product understanding to inform decisions and measure impact.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
* Build cross-functional relationships and communicate technical issues clearly, even in challenging situations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years experience in developing solutions using Javascript or Typescript
* Commercial experience using client-side Javascript, CSS and HTML5
* Knowledge in either React development patterns and related tools or in developing services and API’s using Node.js
* Experience with the tooling involved in building modern web and mobile applications
* Experience using GraphQL
* Desirable - PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform and Docker
This role offers a salary in the region of £60 - 70k, as well as fully remote working.
