Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include:
* Managing and maintaining both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger.
* Preparation of monthly and weekly payroll runs.
* Bank reconciliations and expenses.
* Posting credit card expenses.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Other ad hoc finance duties.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
* Proven experience working in a similar accounts-based or transactional role.
* AAT level 3 qualified or above.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
