Position Senior HRBP Client I am working with an exceptional client of mine who is highly regarded within the industry. This role will play a crucial role within the business in a strategic function. You will be responsible for covering 4 sites, 3 of which are in England and 1 in Ireland. The HR Business Partner will shape & drive organisational effectiveness priorities aligned to the business growth strategy. On Offer Job: Senior HRBP Package: £85,000 - £95,000 car 15% bonus Additional: Family healthcare 25 days holiday and bank 10% matched pension Location: Multi site – South West of England/Ireland Role Lead execution of organisational effectiveness priorities and initiatives in line with business strategy and plans Shape & drive talent management priorities aligned to business growth strategy Leverage Reward Programs to drive business performance and employee engagement. Partner with Reward COE on appropriate solutions to address business need Provide subject matter expertise in addressing complex Employee Relations issues in line with our service delivery model. Onboarding of senior leaders and critical roles Requirements/Experience Previous HRBP experience. Delivery of engagement activities and talent management. Leading creative and agile problem solving.
