CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
UP TO £50,000 + UP TO 15% BONUS
HYBRID – ROMFORD – 1 day a week in the office

This insurance business is growing rapidly in the UK, Ireland, and Australia, covering over 30 million customers!
THE ROLE
As a Customer Experience Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Take responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects
* Drive CX, satisfaction and retention for the business
* Work closely with the wider marketing team to align on end-to-end CX strategies
* Manage the customer journey roadmaps across all brands and markets
* Understand data and customer feedback to work on regular qual and quant analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in the Financial services space is needed, with Insurance being a nice-to-have
* Data driven experience with ability to show results achieved
* GA4 experience is needed
* Dashboarding and visualisation is also necessary
