Your Role as a Paediatric Nurse:
In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-to-one care tailored to each child’s unique needs, helping them thrive in the comfort of their home. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality care and administering IV therapies and specialised treatments.
* Managing a diverse caseload and treating various conditions from growth hormone deficiencies to autoimmune diseases.
* Maintaining stock, supplies, and equipment, while managing your daily schedule.
* Accurately documenting clinical data and reporting adverse effects in line with protocols.
* Building lasting, supportive relationships with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to support ongoing care.
* Staying current with clinical skills to ensure exceptional, up-to-date patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Children’s Nurse with NMC registration.
* Experience in administering IV therapies.
* Strong communication skills to connect with children and families, explaining treatments clearly and compassionately.
* Excellent organisational skills for managing caseloads and regional travel.
* Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
