We are recruiting for an experienced Manager who's background is in Retail or Petrol forecourt management. This role requires someone who can inspire and engage a team to achieve the highest standards whilst creating a great working environment. Reporting to the Regional Manager your key responsibilities will be: Overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the store Communication, ensuring all staff are aware of current and future plans, and are working towards the further development of themselves and the Group. Managing staff, completing performance reviews, managing staff rotas and more. (Note: Involving management of approximately 12 staff in total). Ensuring staff always maintain the highest standard of customer service. EPOS, till operation and banking. Responsibility for fire, health and safety, with exception of manufacturing processes in main plant. Oversight and overall responsibility for stock control and profit and loss on sight. Ensure store merchandising is up to date, and of the highest standard possible in store, both in presentation and cleanliness. Required experience for the role include: Experience of managing teams of multiple people, multiple processes and departments in a retail or trade environment. A track record of delivering results whilst working in a high volume fast paced environment. The proven ability to lead a team with a passion to deliver results through great customer service. Personal skills that include computer and IT literacy and numeracy. A 'hands on' approach with a 'can do' attitude. You will be reqwarded with a generous basic salary plus achievable bonus scheme.
